Here’s another of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s latest droppings found at a courthouse. It’s an improper supplement to the Kimberlins’ motion for sanctions against Aaron Walker in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.

This supplement is improper because the Maryland Rules require leave from the court before filing such a supplement, and TDPK failed (there’s that word again) to seek such permission.

popcorn4bkHowever, the truly mind-boggling aspect of the filing is that it calls the court’s attention to a precedent that helps Aaron Walker’s case. TDPK tries to smear Aaron with guilt by association with James McGibney (without any evidence of such an association), but it is the Kimberlins who stand accused of filing multiple false civil and criminal actions against Aaron, not the other way around. While the Texas case isn’t binding on a Maryland court, if Judge Mason finds it to be persuasive authority, the Kimberlins will…

I don’t agree with everything that Milo Yiannopoulos (@Nero) has to say, but I do support him in his fight with Twitter. Based on my personal experience of abusive treatment from that company, I’m inclined to believe that he is being treated unfairly.

Twitter is a private company. They have every right to control what happens via their bandwidth, but having the right to do something doesn’t make it a wise thing to do. Twitter will not prosper if it is seen as an unfair and untrustworthy partner for those of us who wish to discuss libertarian or conservative ideas. If it continues to protect targeted harassment by social justice warriors and others on the Left, while punishing any comments about such behavior from those on the Right, it will one day, perhaps sooner than later, find that its user base has imploded.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has filed a flurry of replies and oppositions to motions in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. This is his opposition to a pair of motions from Aaron Walker, a motion to strike an improper filing by Kimberlin and the other a motion to find Kimberlin in contempt.

A bit of fisking is called for.

First, I was present during the November hearing cited in paragraph 1, and I have reviewed the courtroom audio from the hearing. Aaron Walker never claimed that Kimberlin had “altered lawsuits filed by Plaintiff Walker.” He did refuse to authenticate exhibits that had not been served on him without reviewing them first because of Kimberlin’s history of altering documents.

Second, the case management order in the RICO Madness LOLsuit referred to in paragraph 3 was as much in response to Kimberlin’s shenanigans as the defendants’ seeking the court’s help dealing with his misbehavior…
