It’s been another rough week for The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s lawfare. He asked to be allowed to continue with discovery in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit until 10 June, but Judge Hazel told him to wrap it up by 1 April. He filed a motion to amend his complaint in that case and was told, “No.” He asked for a motion to compel Aaron Walker to comply with a subpoena, and the motion was denied. And he was told that he has to serve me with the sealed motion he’s filed against me.
Meanwhile, Patterico’s motion to quash TDPK’s subpoena to the LA County DA’s Office was granted, but his motion to quash TDPK’s subpoena to Google was denied as moot because the judge wasn’t granting the subpoena in the first place.
Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.
