Intermission (3) – Current News on The Hump — Pacific Paratrooper

At 7:40 a.m. Jan. 25, 1944, five B-24 Liberator heavy bombers from the 308th Bombardment Group, 425th Squadron, took off from their base at Kunming, China, on a routine supply run to India. Their route took them over the Hump, a treacherous eastern stretch of tall peaks in the Himalayan mountains. At 10:45 a.m., flying […]

I have just returned from my monthly doctor’s visit with my Nephrologist. My blood test results were the best I have ever had and the results of my urine test and dialysis discharge indicate excellent treatment outcomes.
Because of this, my doctor has decided to suspend dialysis and we will have weekly blood tests and appointments with an eye to total cessation of dialysis treatment and eventual surgical removal of my peritoneal catheter …
Lord Jesus Christ, I thank you for blessing your unworthy and sinful servant!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!
Lord have mercy!

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, Have mercy on us!
Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, Have mercy on us!
Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, Have mercy on us!

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, the sinner!

Glory to God!

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

hogewash

In yesterday’s TKPOTD, I pointed out how Team Kimberlin’s lack of understanding of the principles of warfare has rendered their lawfare campaign ineffective. Today, we’ll look at an example of a failure to properly apply the principle of maneuver.

Maneuver – Place the enemy in a position of disadvantage through the flexible application of combat power. Maneuver is the movement of forces in relation to the enemy to gain positional advantage. Effective maneuver keeps the enemy off balance and protects the force. It is used to exploit successes, to preserve freedom of action, and to reduce vulnerability. It continually poses new problems for the enemy by rendering his actions ineffective, eventually leading to defeat.

Let’s consider how The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin failed to place his opponents in a position of disadvantage during the discovery process in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. He served…

I see the Cabin Boy™ is already attempting to try the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit on the Internet. That’s pure foolishness. All he is doing is showing me how he might defend against my claims which allows me to improve my case.

Of course, he’s thoroughly, totally, and utterly wrong in his imagined defense. I’ll cite one example. He thinks that it was wrong for me to use a thumbnail of a book cover (the authorship of which he was denying at the time) associated with a Amazon purchase link here at Hogewash!. That’s a licensed use of the image.

I don’t plan to make any further public comment on Schmalfeldt’s bizarre assertions concerning this matter.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Team Kimberlin’s lawfare has been an attempt to use the courts to wage war on the First Amendment rights of their critics. The campaign has been almost universally unsuccessful, first because both the facts and the law were against them, but also because of their lack of understanding on how to conduct such a campaign.

War is war, and there are principles which all successful campaigns (other than those that succeed through dumb luck) follow. When I was an ROTC cadet, the military doctrine I was taught was encapsulated in the Nine Principles of War: Objective, Offensive, Mass, Economy of Force, Maneuver, Unity of Command, Security, Surprise, and Simplicity. Team Kimberlin has failed to properly follow these principles while the targets of their lawfare have routinely used these principles to defend themselves and push back.

Over the next few day, I’ll be recounting some examples of Team Kimberlin’s failures and their targets’…
