Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

hogewash

ACME LEGALOne of the running gags used to make fun of Team Kimberlin’s incompetence at lawfare is referring to them and/or their source of legal advice as “Acme Legal”—meaning a part of the same company that supplies those fine products to Wile. E. Coyote.

Given the amazingly complex theories that underpin some of the allegations in The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s allegations, both civil and criminal, against his perceived enemies, there are certain similarities to the Coyote’s plans and contraptions. Certainly, the success rates have been equivalent. And people have fallen into the Cabin Boy’s™ forgery traps at the same rate as the Roadrunner has been caught.

It’s really a very descriptive analogy.

Meep. Meep.

More RICO 2 Stuff

The lawyers for Hunton & Williams, John Woods, Richard Wyatt, and Robert Quackenboss in the Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit have also filed an opposition to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s improper motion to use sealed discovery from the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit in our case.

Because Plaintiff’s motion seeks relief not contemplated or permissible under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it should be denied.

Yep.

Well, That Was Quick

Judge Hazel has ordered The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to comply with the Court’s Rules.

popcorn4bkThere are a couple important things that Judge Hazel did not do. First, he did not bend the Rules in order to cut a pro se plaintiff any undue slack. Second, he has taken no steps to grant TDPK any “relief” from the requirement that he obey the protective order in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. It will interesting to see if TDPK is capable of dotting the Is and crossing the Ts properly.

UPDATE—Oooooh, I just noticed something else. “… shall file and serve …”

Heh.
